How Aartha Is Built
Classifiers by default, LLM as fallback. Intent, sentiment, entities, and hardship run on small Indic models in parallel; a large model is invoked only when confidence is low.
Template-first generation. Most turns use templates with slot-fill — no model in the loop — for speed and predictability.
Auditable by design. Every dialogue decision is reconstructable from append-only, tamper-evident audit logs.
India-resident. Voice, transcripts, and all derived data stay within India.
